Introducing the InfuZerTM CITM
The InfuZerTM CITM Automatic Parts Processor is a vacuum infuser with an integrated infiltrate management system, it is the perfect post process partner for many rapid prototyping or 3D printing technologies.
Easy to Use
Once you have produced a 3D part simply place it in the InfuZer CITM and either choose from one of the pre-programmed settings or a custom build cycle. The system will then use a vacuum and temperature controlled environment to thoroughly dry, and infuse the part and ensure maximum infiltrate penetration.
A screen shows the progress and indicates any user action required as does an audible tone. Unused infiltrate is gathered, recycled and returned to the reservoir where it is stored.
Repeatable Results
As the process is programmable the excellent part quality and surface finishes can be consistently repeated time and time again without the imperfections associated with manual handling and infiltration, this reduced touch time also greatly reduces the risk of damage to the raw part by over handling.
When not in use the system reservoir controls the temperature and environment of the infiltrate and agitates it to prolong shelf life, meaning lower wastage and reduced costs.

The InfuZerTM CITM has many innovative features to enable the post processing of 3D printed parts with low odour, mess and quiet operating; all of which make it office and classroom friendly. Carbon filters ensure that no infiltrate fumes get transmitted into the environment, making it non hazardous.
The reservoirs can be filled quickly and easily without the risk of spillage and contamination of the infiltrate or the environment.
